I'm Kristina, the photographer behind Freeborn Photography. I'm based in Central Michigan, where I live with my husband and our two kids. I was born in the Upper Peninsula and moved to Central Michigan in 2018. I run Freeborn Photography while still getting to stay home with my children. I first picked up a camera at 15 in high school, and I photographed my first wedding in 2016.

In 2022, my husband helped me see how much joy I find in photographing people, and that's when I decided to pursue photography full time.
